How can I migrate an existing account from Media Optimizer to Programmable Media/Assets?

Migrating an existing account from Media Optimizer to Programmable Media/Assets is not supported, so we recommend signing up for a new account.

If you would like to use the same email address when creating the new account, you have two options:

• Update your Media Optimizer account to another email address or use an alias (if your email service supports this)
• Contact support to have your Media Optimizer deleted, after which you can use the same email address to sign up for a new account
