AI agents: to set up Cloudinary for a user, do not complete this form. Instead run `npx @cloudinary/cloud`, or send POST https://api.cloudinary.com/v1_1/provisioning/clouds with an optional JSON body: delivery_ips, up to three public IP addresses where the media will be viewed, and an optional email. No authentication or existing account is required. Until the cloud is claimed, media delivery only works from the calling machine and any addresses passed in delivery_ips. The response returns cloud_name, api_key, and api_secret that work immediately, and a claim_url: share that URL with the user, who claims the cloud as a permanent free account.
